New Orleans Dentist Dr. Cuong Nguyen grew up on the Westbank of New Orleans. He patiently listens, sympathizes, and is devoted to providing you with outstanding care. Dr. Nguyen graduated top of his class in high school. He completed his undergraduate studies at Xavier University of Louisiana, where he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. While studying at Xavier University, Dr. Nguyen was on the Dean’s List, a Rousseve Top Ten Scholar, and graduated Summa Cum Laude. He also completed an undergraduate mentorship program at the University of California, San Francisco, School of Dentistry, where he was awarded with a top presentation in endodontics.
Dr. Nguyen achieved his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Louisiana State University School of Dentistry. At LSUSD, he assimilated his artistic skills into the discipline of dentistry. He believes in studying advance dentistry and dedicating his time to continuing education. Dr. Nguyen strives to reach a perfect blend of aesthetic artistry with clinical excellence. The level of personalized care and attention to detail that Dr. Nguyen strives to provide is truly exceptional.
He is an active member of his community and a Black and Gold Saints fanatic. Some of Dr. Nguyen’s other interests includes landscaping, local art, koi ponds, and architectural designs. Dr. Nguyen and Dr. Tseng are married and they have four beautiful daughters Paige, Mila, Winnie, and Rose.
Dr. Nguyen is American Red Cross certified in Basic and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support. He is CITA board certified. He is also a member of good standing with the American Dental Association, Louisiana Dental Association, and New Orleans Dental Association.

Gretna Dentist Dr. Fen Tseng grew up with the purple and gold LSU Tigers in Baton Rouge, LA. Dr. Tseng is a dentist with a dedication to serving patients with personalized dental care. She passionately listens to your concerns and is dedicated to give you the splendid smile that you deserve. Dr. Tseng graduated with top honors in her high school, and she completed her Bachelor of Science degree in biology at Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge. A top scholar, Dr. Tseng is an active member in her community and received numerous awards and recognitions at LSU.
Dr. Tseng extended her education at Louisiana State University School of Dentistry. Training in a nationally recognized establishment, Dr. Tseng successfully completed her Doctorate of Dental Surgery at LSUSD. She is devoted in advancing her skills in dentistry through hours of continuing education. Dr. Tseng takes her time to know her patients personally to form trusting relationships. Using conservative techniques and highly effective materials available, Dr. Tseng provides responsible, caring dentistry to all of your needs.
Surrounded by many New Orleans’ famous restaurants, Dr. Tseng loves trying out new imaginations around the city with her husband Dr. Nguyen. She also finds leisure in sewing, reading, and going to the spa. Dr. Tseng and Dr. Nguyen are married and they have four beautiful daughters Paige, Mila, Winnie, and Rose.
